Charlie was saved from the shelter. He had several puncture wounds on his head and a broken leg. We had a couple of options and decided we (along with our wonderful supporters) would save his leg with orthopedic surgery. Poor Charlie spent the last 8 weeks with pins and a limited exercise program. And at 6 months old all this sweet boy wanted to do is play. But here we are 8 weeks later and his pins have been removed and he is clear to find his FurEver home. He still needs to take it a little easy, no ruff housing and such but his leg is getting stronger everyday!
